Return & Refund Policy – Leighwong

At Leighwong, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within the 30-day window, provided all conditions above are met.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact our customer support team for approval.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Your order number.

The reason for the return.

Photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error, Leighwong will cover the return shipping cost and provide instructions accordingly.

Voluntary Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

No restocking fees are charged for any approved returns.

4. Return Address

Please do not send items to our office address.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address for our fulfillment facility.

Returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order once the return is approved.

6. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the refund status.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If an item is returned in used condition or without original packaging, a partial refund may be applied at our discretion.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return process will apply after delivery.
