If your PayPal account shows a completed transaction but you have not received an order confirmation from Leighwong, please contact our support team with the relevant order information. Do not send your PayPal password or security credentials.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
When a refund is approved under Leighwong's applicable Return & Refund Policy or another eligible order adjustment, the refund is processed through the original payment method whenever applicable.
For purchases completed through PayPal, the applicable refund is returned through the PayPal payment transaction. Leighwong does not redirect approved refunds to an unrelated payment account or alternative payment method unless otherwise required or agreed under applicable circumstances.

What to Do if You Think You Were Charged Twice

When Your Order Moves Forward
Leighwong generally handles orders within approximately 1 business day. Our normal order processing schedule is Monday through Friday, with a daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST.
Orders received after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on recognized holidays may begin processing on the next applicable business day.
After payment has been successfully completed and the order enters our fulfillment process, the order may move quickly toward shipment. This is why customers should carefully review their order information before confirming payment.
